Last quiet stage before the final triptych that will determine the final GC. The route crosses the Umbro-Marchigiano Apennines, touching on Pergola and Sassoferrato before entering the Via Flaminia, which with its rolling profile in progressive descent will lead to a very fast finale in the city centre. Arrival in Foligno as in previous editions of the Tirreno-Adriatico or the Giro d’Italia.
Last kilometres
The last kilometres are pan-flat consisting of the junction of state road 3 followed by the long straight of via Roma leading into the last bend 250 m from the finish. Final straight on asphalt 8 m wide.
