Niamh Fisher-Black wins Stage 3 of the Giro d’Italia Women 2024

Niamh Fisher-Black (Team SD Worx – Protime) has won Stage 3 of the Giro d’Italia Women, the 113km long Sabbioneta-Toano. Lotte Kopecky (Team SD Worx – Protime) and Juliette Labous (Team DSM-Firmenich PostNL) finished second and third respectively.

Elisa Longo Borghini (Lidl – Trek) retains the Maglia Rosa.

Speaking seconds after the stage finish, the stage winner Niamh Fisher-Black said: “This is probably my best year and to win here is simply amazing. I had good feelings about my condition but it’s never easy to claim a victory so I am very happy and I think this result is excellent for the whole team”.
