Also on the occasion of 8 March, International Women’s Day, RTL 102.5 will entrust the conduction of all programmes and news bulletins, from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., exclusively to its female voices.

The focus of the day will be on the partnership with RCS Sport and the Giro d’Italia Women 2024, demonstrating the ongoing commitment of RCS Sport and RTL 102.5 to promoting gender equality and opening up spaces and opportunities for women.

The day will in fact be the occasion to present the Maglia Rosa of the Giro d’Italia Women 2024, of which RTL 102.5 is Radio Partner.

On International Women’s Day, during the Giro d’Italia Women 2024 press conference, organised by RCS Sport at the Rinascente Duomo in Milan, RTL 102.5 will broadcast live the eagerly awaited unveiling of the women’s Maglia Rosa.

But that’s not all: RTL 102.5’s speakers will wear the new jersey on air, a symbol of women’s strength and determination.

In addition, RTL 102.5 will offer female listeners living in the stages touched by the Giro d’Italia Women the chance to share their emotions and experiences about the competition, thus opening the microphones to the voices of the women who directly experience the event along the route of the race.
